19. Tighten the 4 fastening screws of the
multiport manifold 4 . The tightening
torque is 20 Nm.
20. Firmly tighten all fastening screws on
the pressure housings 3 . The
maximum tightening torque is 20 Nm.
21. Fasten the cover plate with both
fastening screws 2 . The tightening
torque is 1 Nm.
22. Mount the micro filter on the dryer, if
applicable.
23. Place dryer back in operation; see
chapter Start up.
24. Reset control unit with the reset disc
from the service package; see chapter
Resetting the controller.
1. Close valves A, B, C and D.
2. Switch on compressor.
3. Open valve A slowly.
Pressure air flows through the
desiccant cartridge and to
atmosphere by means of an exhaust
silencer.
4. Check there are no leaks from the
dryer.
5. Switch on electric power. All four
display panel LED’s will flash
simultaneously green four times then simultaneously red four times to acknowledge
application of power and readiness to function. Observe display panel for one complete
cycle. Note: cycle described is factory setting.
