Both desiccant cartridges (for PDAD-100, all
four) must always be replaced at each
maintenance interval.
1. Taking out of operation.
2. Remove micro filter MS6-LFM if moun-
ted on the front side of the dryer.To do
this, unscrew the screws of the module
connector
1 . Then remove the module
connector and the micro filter. When
removing the filter, be careful with the
flat seal and O-ring between filter and
dryer. These parts will be needed again
for reassembly.
3. Loosen both fastening screws for the
cover plate 2 and remove the cover
plate.
4. Loosen slightly the 4 fastening screws
for the pressure housing 3 with a
hexagon key (A/F5).
5. Loosen the 4 fastening screws of the
multiport manifold 4 with 3 complete
turns.
6. Remove the 4 fastening screws of the
pressure housing 3 and pull the
pressure housing out of the dryer.
Remove only 1 pressure housing at a
time.
7. Remove and dispose of O-rings 5
between pressure housing and
top/bottom valve block.
