If the axial play of the slide is greater than as specified in Care and Maintenance":

Send the DMES−... to Festo for repairs.

If there are squeaking noises or vibrations:

Check whether the DMES−... has been fitted free of tension
(evenness of support surface:

0.2 mm).

Lubricate the DMES−... in accordance with the chapter Care & Maintenance".

Modify the positioning speed.
