ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
- Protection on supply side
An automatic switch must be installed on the supply side of the above mentioned line in order to protect against
any overcurrents and indirect contacts that could occur when the machine operates.
It is advisable to install an automatic limiter switch to suit the minimum specifications given in the table above.
Connections between the line and switch must be made in compliance with the current standards governing elec-
trical safety matters, regarding the type of installation and environmental conditions in which the machine is instal-
led.
- Protection conductor (ground wire)
The protection conductor from the electricity main must be connected straight to the ground screw which ensures
the equipotential connection of all metal grounding points and structural parts of the machine.
- Neutral conductor
The neutral conductor in the line must be connected to the neutral terminal identified by the letter "N" correspon-
ding to the fourth pin of the main panel circuit-breaker.
2) Electric panel
The electric panel can only be accessed by removing the front panel. The microprocessor and main switch between
the powering terminal and electrical system of the appliance can be accessed through the same panel, by means
of a door. The main switch can be used to stop the appliance in emergency situations or for maintenance purposes.
Remember that the part between the powering terminal board and main switch is live unless disconnected by means
of automatic circuit-breaker IG on the supply side of the appliance.
3) Additional connections to make in the installation site
The electric panel also has additional terminal boards used if accessories managed by the controller are required.
These are:
