WHEN THE APPLIANCE ARRIVES
Packing and contents
The appliances are supplied in a cardboard box with protective corner guards if required and a pallet for handling
purposes.
The pack contains:
1 (one) appliance
1 (one) package containing the documentation
Inspections on arrival
As soon as the appliance is consigned, it is essential to make sure that all the ordered items have been received
and that the dispatch is complete.
Make sure that the pack contains the accessories required for installation, and the documentation.
Carefully check that the equipment has not been damaged.
If visible damage is discovered, immediately inform the haulage contractor and write "Collected with reserves
owing to evident damage" on the consignment note.
Delivery ex works means that, as established by law, reimbursement of any damages is at the insurance compan-
y’s charge.
