A questo punto avanzare con la macchina e au-

tomaticamente le piantine cominciano ad essere

trapiantate.

•

Individuare la velocità di avanzamento idonea agli

operatori addetti al trapianto.

•

Accertarsi che in base alla velocità di caricamento

prescelta la macchina sia perfettamente sincroniz-

zata tra il distributore e il corpo piantante.

• Dopo alcuni metri, fermarsi e verificare che la di

stanza tra le piante e la profondità delle stesse

siano quelli desiderati. Nel caso di pianta poco

profonda

(Fig. 1)

o troppo profonda

(Fig. 2)

, agire

sulla manopola

(A)

girandola in senso ORARIO per

aumentare la profondità; mentre ruotarla nell’altro

senso per diminuire la profondità.

•

Controllare che le bielle del corpo trapiantante

lavorino parallelamente al terreno, perchè questo

avvenga, agire sulla leva

(C)

delle ruote di traino.

•

Per aumentare o diminuire il carico sulle ruote po-

steriori di rincalzo, agire sul volantino

(D)

•

riprendere con il trapianto, verificando che le re

golazioni effettuate siano state eseguite corretta-

mente e che il risultato sia quello desiderato.

•

Now move the machine forward and it will automa-

tically start planting the seedlings.

•

Identify which advancement speed is suitable for

the transplanting operators.

•

Check if the machine is perfectly synchronized

between carousel and transplanting group accor-

ding to the selected loading speed.

•

After a few meters, stop and make sure that the

distance among the plants and their depth corre-

spond to the needs. In case the plant is not deep

enough

(Fig. 1)

or too deep

(Fig. 2)

, adjust the

depth by means of the knob

(A)

turning it clockwise

to increase the depth; or turning it counter clockwi-

se to decrease the depth.

•

Make sure that the connecting rods of the planting

unit

(B)

work parallel to the ground. To make this

adjust the lever of the traction wheels

(C)

•

To increase or to decrease the weight on the back

wheels, adjust the knob

(D)

•

Re-start the transplanting machine and check that

the changes have had the desired effect.
