TERMINAL BOARD CB 8221 L SET UP
DOUBLE WING GATEOR DOOR
Close the wing and set DIP 8 to ON.
1) Transmit the signal with the key or the remote control: the wing will move.
2) Send a 2
nd signal to set the phase displacement of the second wing.
3) When they have reached the locking clamp send a 3 rd signal in order to stop them (opening time).
4) Let the desired time elapse and then send a 4 th signal to move the first wing.
5) The 5 th signal will move the second wing and set the closing phase displacement.
6) At the end of the cycle a 6 th and last signal will determine the closing time. When the set up is over set DIP 8 to OFF.
SINGLE WING GATE
The set up is the same as the one described for the above mentioned double wing gate except that the 1 st and 2 nd pulse and 5 th
pulse are to be sent in a quick sequence.
SLIDING GATE WITH LIMIT
The set up is the same as the one described for the above mentioned single wing gate.Il must be born in mind that the stop time
of the wing is determined by the limit devices (end-of-stroke) and the pausing time is set by the selector or the remote control (see
pos. 3 open time, pos. 4 pausing time, pos. 6 clousing time). In this case the gate will be operated after the pause with 2 signals

rd and 4 th ) in quick seuqnce.
N.B. : the opening and closing time in gates with limit clamp must be longer than 3-4 seconds when limit clamps operate.
HALF OPENING WITH SCHAP BOARD
After having set up the wing or the gate for the complete opening set DIP 8 to ON again and check that the SCHAP board is
mounted in the terminal block AP.
1) Transmit the 1
st signal with the half-open key or the button on the SCHAP board: the gate will open.
2) Sent the 2 nd signal to stop the wing when the desired opening has been reached.
3) Let the desired time elapse and then a 3 rd signal to close the wing. Now set DIP 8 to OFF and the half-opening is set up.
4) The 4th and last signal is to be send when cycle is over and pressing the HALF OPEN button the gate will stop in the set point.
Pressing the OPEN button the gate will open to the limit.
WARNING
In the last 4 pins of the LC connector there is a 220 V voltage when the courtesy light board is not used. Check that the rubber
protective caps are mounted.
