INSTALLING BLUWATERFALL: A FEW RULES, TOTAL SAFETY
Before carrying out any installation, please read the following
instructions carefully to ensure your safety and prevent damage
to the product.
• Ensure that the voltage shown on the appliance corresponds to
that of your home electrical power supply.
• The power supply cable cannot be repaired or replaced: if dam-

• In case of abnormal odour or excessive noise, disconnect the
unit from the power supply and verify the cause. Contact the
shopkeeper.
• Connect the plugs to your electric power supply leaving a loop

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT:
Always disconnect the appliance from the power
supply before removing the
fi
lter from the water or carrying
out any maintenance work. Over time, the
fi
ltration material in
the
fi
lter becomes blocked, reducing the
fl
ow of water. Regular
cleaning and/or replacement of the
fi
lter cartridge is necessary
to ensure that the
fi
lter operates at peak performance.
CLEANING THE FILTER CARTRIDGE
Remove the
fi
lter from the aquarium. Open the
fi
lter as shown in
the illustration. Remove the
fi
lter cartridge. The special sponges
of the
fi
lter cartridge must be rinsed at least every two weeks.
(
fi
g. 5)
REPLACING THE FILTER CARTRIDGE
To ensure its e
ff
ectiveness, the cartridge should be replaced reg-
ularly or, in any case, at least every 2-3 months. The replacement
fi
ltering elements are available at leading retailers.
CLEANING THE ROTOR
The rotor does not need frequent cleaning.
Thanks to its innovative concept, it only needs to be cleaned
every 4-6 months. Use a soft brush and warm water for cleaning.
DO NOT use detergents or abrasives.
