No sound is generated by the panel
when the call button is pressed. Check following steps:
1) power supply connections
2) call button making contact
A call is generated from panel and is not
received at FERMAX DECT PHONE. a) Check that the DECT phone is within
telephone base coverage.
b) Check that telephone base is close
enough to panel .
c) Check that panel and DECT phone are
registered in the telephone base.
When electric lock is activated, system
goes down. Fit a VARISTOR directly across the
terminals of electric lock to avoid
anomalous behaviour.
A few seconds after the communication
is established, audio is disconnected. Remember that there are two timings:
15 seconds if no DECT phone key is
pressed and 90 seconds every time any
key is pressed.
Audio level is too low in both ways
(phone-panel, panel-phone).
Remember that the audio level can be
regulated in both ways: DECT Phone -
Outdoor Panel (software and hardware)
and Outdoor Panel - DECT Phone (soft-
ware only).
