The compressed air must be dry
As cleaner and dryer the compressed air is, the
longer is service life of the tool. In order to
ensure it, we recommend use of Luna air filter,
which removes water from the compressed air,
accordingly reducing eventual damages of the
tool and connections caused by corrosion.
Remember to remove eventual water conden-
sate from the compressor and the compressed
air supply system before each working day.
8. INSTRUCTIONS
• Under no circumstances a defectiveimpact
wrench or chuck bits can be used as it may
cause injuries and material loses.
• The plastic plug should be taken out of the
air inlet opening (5) and an insertable hose
connection with 1/4” external thread should
be used.
• During assembly or dismantling of the chuck
bits, the impact wrench must always be dis-
connected from the compressed air supply.
It will help you to secure yourself against
unintentional pressing of the switch (2) and
start-up of rotation of the quadrangular faste-
ning (1) during changing of the chuck bits.
• Make sure that before start-up of the tool the
respective chuck bit is properly secured in
the quadrangular fastening of the tool (1) by
fixation plug. Remember that use of no other
chuck bits is permitted than only those chuck
bits that are designed for this impact wrench,
as inappropriate chuck bits may loosen from
fixation and disunite from the tool. After fit-
ting of the chuck bit the tool may not be ope-
rated in idle running, directed away from the
working material. The chuck bit may disunite
from the tool. In case of failure to observe
the above conditions, the flying chuck bits or
chips may cause injuries or material loses.
• Check air pressure and, if necessary, adjust it
so that the tool would operate at the required
pressure and torque. Adjustment of the pres-
sure is performed by use of compressor or
separately installed pressure regulator and
adjustment of the torque is performed by
use of the adjusting screw of the tool (3).
Specification of the tool complies with a 6 bar
pressure.
• Always be careful when using the impact
wrench. A negligent attitude towards the tool
may cause damages of the internal parts and
housing fractures. It may result in reduction
of the tool efficiency and the tool may loose
its value.
9. MAINTENANCE
Lubrication is essential as it ensures a low
noise and vibration level. In case of continu-
ous use of the tool is should be cleaned and
checked at least 2 times a year.
