After Cooking is Complete:
- Uncover your appliance and lift upwards the frying
basket.
- Strain the oil on your foods.
- Take the frying basket out of the fryer.
- Put the fried food on a plate.
- Or rise basket to high position and ensure lid is
closed and locked properly.
- Unplug your appliance from the outlet.
- Allow about 1 hour for the fryer to cool down.
- After frying; you can leave the frying oil together with the basket in the
fryer with its cover closed.
Storing Oil:
- Once frying completed you can transfer the
oil to another vessel for the next cooking. We
recommend you to filter your oil, ensuring to
allow you to use the oil longer.
- After transferring the oil to another vessel
you can set it aside together with the fryer’s
accessories.
Fitting / Removing Oil Tank:

For its proper
maintenance and
cleaning or for oil
changing you can
remove the tank by
pulling it upwards.
To replace it push
simply downward.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Prior to cleaning ensure that the fryer is
unplugged and closed.
- Wipe the outside of the fryer, its cord and
cover with a soft and damp cloth.
- Before refilling oil clean the oil tank, basket and cover.
- For easier and better cleaning remove the upper cover of the fryer by
lifting it upwards.
- Basket, lid, oil tank and condensation catcher can be washed in warm
soapy water.
- Basket, lid and can be put in dish washing machine. Dry the parts
thoroughly after cleaning.
- Never immerse main body into water. Clean
outer surface only by a damp cloth.
