- You can raise the basket to upper position or lowering the basket to use
the basket button.
- You have to press basket button on the basket handle for every up or
down action of basket.
Thermostat and Indicator Lights
- Adjust the temperature according to the
cooking degree you desire, i.e. 130° C, 150° C,
170° C and 190˚ C.
Power and thermostat indicator light
(Green / Red):
- Insert the plug into appropriate outlet, power
light (green) will light automatically.
- Adjust the temperature adjustment knob to
the desired temperature according to the food,
the indicator will turn on, temperature light (red)
will light.
- When the desired temperature is reached, the indicator will turn off,
temperature light will go out. This process continues so long as the oil warms
up and its temperature drops.
Viewing Window
- This allows you to see how cooking is
proceeded without lifting the cover.
How to Use the Fryer
- Open the cover of your appliance.
- Lift up the basket and remove it from the fryer.
- Fill in adequate amount of high quality oil. Oil
level should always be between the “min” and
“max” lines.
NOTE:
Use only such vegetal oils of high quality.
Margarine, butter, and olive oil are not recommended.
- Put the basket back into oil tank (at high position, preferable) and close lid.
- Plug in your appliance and select the temperature you wish to use
from the frying table
according to the
food to fry. When the
thermostat indicator
light (red) is off the oil
is ready for use.
- Place the food
you wish to fry in the basket, then dip basket in the oil.
NOTE:
Do not add water to the oil even in the smallest quantity. Water will
cause the oil to splash.
WARNING:
- If you try to fry more than the recommended quantity, the temperature of the
oil will reduce; thus, causing the food to absorb too much oil and your obtaining
undesirable results. Reducing food to an adequate size will help you obtain
satisfactory results. Make sure to dry your food thoroughly before starting frying.
- Place the cover of your appliance.
- Rotate the frying timer knob to desired frying time according to below frying time.
- When the frying time is over, there is a sound to alert you that the cooking
process is finished.
- Once you have opened the cover do not touch hot surfaces. Hold only by
handles or related buttons.
- If you have stopped cooking unplug your fryer.
