LEDs don‘t
light up
Clean the appliance regularly to avoid such faults. This appliance is convec-
tion cooled, which means that the surface must be keep clean and clear of
foreign objects to make adequate cooling possible.
An LED may be defect which leads to an open circuit. Therefor, all LEDs of
a single module fail. This does not mean all LEDs are damaged. The circuit is
switched in line.
Important! In the case of a LED failing, you can request a replacement LED-
PCB directly from your dealer.

Check the total load of the voltage circuit.
Check whether an internal or external short circuit has occurred in the
cabling.
The appliance
has no power
Check the mains supply.
Important! If the automatic switching transformer fails, the appliance can
be sent in for repair. A replacement part can be requested from your dealer.
The appliance
doesn‘t react
to DMX
Check the entries on the control panel for correct addressing.
Check the DMX-cable.
Check the polaritiy settings on the controller.
Check the cable connections.
Call a technician.
Important! If the PCB-display fails, a replacement can be requested directly
from your dealer.
