Using the holes that are most closely aligned between the 5/16 in Torx pan-head screws, install a #10
Type B pan-head Torx screw to lock in the adjustment. Minor adjustments may be necessary. Repeat
this step for all four adjuster brackets. See Figures 3 through 5.

Tighten all eight 5/16-inch Torx
®
pan head screws that fasten the adjuster brackets to the mounting feet.

To fasten the mounting hook, refer to the keeper plate instructions (Federal Signal P/N 2562480)
included in the supplied keeper plate kit.
LIGHT BAR INSPECTION: Frequently inspect the light bar assembly to ensure that all fasteners
and brackets are tight.
