Connecting the Convergence Network

Installation and Maintenance Instructions

Radio Rebroadcast (Cable Assembly 17500307)

To allow incoming two-way radio messages to be amplified by the siren amplifier/

relay module and rebroadcast over the siren speakers, connect the brown 18 AWG

two-conductor zip-cord across the speaker of the two-way radio. See Figure 14.

Insulate spliced leads with twist-on wire connectors. Fold and seal unused leads. For

instructions on adjusting the gain, see “Setting the Gain for Radio Rebroadcast” on

page 37.
