Introduction
This section of Service book does not include complete Machine maintenance manual.
You will find detail information in the relevant sections of the Machine Operating manual, and this in the section called Maintenance
Manual.
Below are a few small advices for everyday maintenance of your Machine. The following advices will enable you to maintain your Machine
in good condition and prolong its life cycle.
Refilling of liquids
Before each long term application of your Machine, please check the levels of engine oil, hydraulic oil, and cooling liquid. If these liquids
need to be replenished, please use only those products recommended by manufacturer of DYNAPAC compaction technology.
Air Conditioner
Air conditioner means important element for the comfort of your Machine. The air conditioning system must be kept in good condition:
• So to ensure its sufficient efficiency on a warm weather;
• To exclude unpleasant smells;
• To avoid fogging of windows when it rains or during winter.
• To secure max life cycle of air conditioning system.
We recommend to let the inspection of the air conditioning system be made every 2 years.
Machine cleaning
Due to inspecting the proper condition of your Machine (bolted connections, scrapers, etc.) we recommend to wash your Machine regu-
larly, please refer to the Operating manual.
• Do NOT apply dry wiping of your Machine.
• Do NOT use petrol, Diesel-oil, trichloroethylene, strong detergents or alcohol to clean the paint and parts.
• Do NOT wash when the whole Machine is hot due to sun radiation, or when outdoor temperatures are too low.
• If you use shampoo, please rinse it off with large amounts of water.
• Upon cleaning the Machine, please clean the cabin ventilation filter as well.
Window cleaning
We do NOT recommend silicone-based cleaners. Please, use cleaners designed to the effect, only.
Heavy asphalt dirt
Use special agents to remove it.
Recommendations
When washing under high pressure, please do not point the stream straight against the cabin sealing, radiator, and into the engine com-
partment.
Never apply washing under high pressure when cleaning the interior of Machine’s cabin!
Approved lubricants
Your Machine has been designed with the use of up-to-date (most advanced) technology. In order to maintain its quality the oils and
liquids recommended by DYNAPAC compaction technology manufacturer need to be used.
Hereinafter the safety instructions, standards, identification and characteristics of products that you should apply depending on operat-
ing conditions of the Machine, are stated. You will find this information also in the respective sections of Operating manual, part called
Maintenance Manual.
