Heart rate:
Heart rate measures the current heart rate.
Multi-sports:
Select Multi-sports and select any of the activities from Outdoor
walk, Outdoor run, Outdoor cycle, Indoor walk, Indoor run, HIIT, Yoga, Elliptical,
Spinning, Hiking and Rowing for Reflex to track the activity. If the activity you
are performing is not mentioned in the band, select Other.
Sleep:
If slept with the band worn, it will track the total length of sleep, the
amount of time user was in Deep Sleep, Light sleep and Awake. Sleep time will
get calibrated and appear 1 hour after you wake up.
Breath:
Breath menu gives you breathing training. Tap Breath and follow the
instructions to spend a little time focusing on your breath.
