This menu allows storage and retrieving of waveform parameters (i.e. panel settings). This is
done with the traditional

open, save as

To ease operation, the items

equivalent as saving settings on exit: it will save the current waveform and the trigger settings.

will only restore the current waveform. Trigger settings cannot be restored

in this way. The information is kept in the parameters directory (
