DO NOT install profile on bottom of end wall panels.
Edges are sealed with white vent tape.
5. With panel secured in place, cut it to proper size using
the rafter as a guide.
Upper Panel:
In this photo, top of panel is removed
using a power tool equipped with a round cutting bit.
Cut upper panel
to proper length.
6. Take the 4' x 8' panel and cut a section to cover above
door. Prepare as previously described. Remember to
account for installation of adjacent panel and H-channel
between panels.

7. After cutting panel to proper width, measure and cut
two sections of H-channel to correct length. H-channel
is used to join two separate panels.
Install H-channel
with flat side out.
NOTE:
Cut panel to proper height after attaching to
end wall frame.
Cut H-channel to a length that allows for installation of
final piece of
aluminum U-channel
, which is installed
at top of all end panels after panels are cut to proper
height.
H-channel must not interfere with cutting panel to
correct length
.
8. Install one section of H-channel along each panel edge.
Install H-channel flush with panel bottom.

NOTE:
Space screws evenly
at 16"
when securing
panels. DO NOT USE WASHERS WHEN SECURING
H-CHANNEL TO END WALL FRAMING.
Install H-channel with flat side out. It cannot be installed
with channel side out as shown in photo.
