Revision date: 09.03.08

Place the 48" x 285" length of PolyMax

lining inside the bunk frame. Using three (3) 88" lengths of

aluminum strap, secure one side edge of the PolyMax

along the top tube on the inside using Tek screws

spaced at 12". Position the aluminum straps against each end, leaving spaces between each strap.

Fold the other PolyMax

edge up along the other side of the bunk frame. Repeat the previous step to

secure the other side with aluminum strap and Tek screws.

NOTE:

PolyMax

is shipped ready to install.

PolyMax

will expand or contract depending

on temperature. If the bunk is assembled

during cool or cold conditions, center the

PolyMax

lining in the frame and secure as

instructed. This allows expansion in both

directions when temperature increases.
