Before assembling the feed bunk, layout and measure the 1.5" x1.5" square tube lengths to verify that you 

have all the correct tubes.

Gather six (6) 96" tubes and two (2) 24" tubes.  Assemble as shown below using corner brackets, 3-way 

fittings and Tek screws. 

IMPORTANT:  

The 96" tubes will span the entire length of the feed bunk.  When attaching the corner 

brackets to tube lengths, verify that the 96" tubes slide completely into the corner.

Slide the 96" tubes in to 

meet in the center.

Measure and 

mark line here.

NOTE: 

To align the tubes in the center of the fitting, 

measure and mark a line 4-7/8" from each end.
