SLEWING DEVICE OIL CHANGE
There is Addinol SAE 80W90, API GL4, GL5 oil in slewing device by manufacturer.
1. First oil change is recommended after 50 working hours.
2. Change oil after 2000 working hours or after two years.
3. Ensure that the slewing device is in horizontal position, as shown on fig. A.
4. Release and remove lower bolt from oil change port (pos. 1, fig. A).
5. Let old oil to pour out in to oil change container.
6. Release and remove oil change bolt from top of slewing housing (pos. 2, fig. A).
7. Remount lower bolt to oil change port (pos. 1, fig. A).
8. Fill up the slewing device with appropriate oil.
9. Remount and tighten top bolt to oil change port (pos. 2, fig. A).
Oil level has to be up to the lower edge of bolt hole!
During the first oil change open turning house base cover (mounted with 4 bolts) and
remove accumulated particles. Then replacing base cover, use oil resistant silicone.
If there is need to change gear rack’s polypack gaskets, change always oil as well.
Follow environmental regulations. Drain and collect old oil in to specific container.
