ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE FOR THE HYDRAULIC PROTECTION OF THE MACHINE
• The hydraulic system is adjusted at the production plant. In the case of the necessity to adjust it again
(after repair or cleaning) proceed with the following procedure.
1.
The connecting hose of release valve pos.

is to be connected into the fast couplings of the tractor
to the same switchboard circuit. (
P
- pressure,
T
– reverse).
2.
The hose for the overflow valve pos.
3
is to be connected into the free waste – directly into the
tractor tank (
0
– must not be connected through the switchboard!).
3.
Fully tighten the adjustment bolt of the valve in pos.

by turning in a clockwise direction.
4.
Apply pressure into the circuit of the machine through hose
P
(the oil pressure is a minimum of 160
and a maximum of 200 bar, flow 40-60 l); arrest the switchboard lever in the position ON for the
permanent supply of pressure oil.
5.
Set the overflow valve pos.

for pressure 140-150 bar by turning the adjustment bolt for the valve.
Monitor pressure on the manometer pos.

(by turning in a clockwise direction, the pressure is
increased and by turning in an anti-clockwise direction, the pressure is decreased).
6.
Gradually loosen the adjustment bolt for the release valve pos.

set the pressure for 120-125bar.
Monitor pressure on the manometer pos.

(by turning in a clockwise direction, the pressure is
increased and by turning in an anti-clockwise direction, the pressure is decreased).
7.
Secure the adjustment valves by tightening the counter-nuts against self-release.
8.
The machine is now adjusted.
8.3 Description of the share replacement
•
The operator or repairer must execute the replacement of shares on a solid and even surface.
•
The operator or repairer must ensure that the machine is aggregated with the tractor
according to Chapter
8.1
when replacing the shares. The engine of the tractor must be
switched off during the replacement and the operator or repairer must prevent free access of
unauthorized persons to the tractor.
•
The operator or repairer has to secure the machine from falling in case of an unexpected drop
of pressure in the hydraulic circuit of the tractor by a mechanical support.
•
When replacing the shares, observe the pulling torques according to Fig. 4.
