INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
INSTALLING & REMOVING BATTERIES
1.
Please read the following information and warnings prior to purchasing and installing
batteries inside the Radiant 1000X Light:
a.
Only an 18650 rechargeable 3.7-volt Li-Ion battery should be installed inside the
light.
b.
The Radiant 1000X Light should only be operated using quality brand batteries, such
as those supplied by Fantasea Line. Poor quality 18650 batteries might damage the
light, negatively affect its performance and will void the warranty.
c.
Make sure that the 18650 batteries you install inside the light feature a protective
circuit board (PCB). 18650 batteries with a protective circuit board are also known
as 19670. The batteries included with the light feature a PCB.
d.
Warning! Under no conditions should CR123 batteries or any batteries other than a
protected 18650 battery be used in this light.

Warning! Lithium-ion batteries can explode or cause a fire if they are used
incorrectly or if they are defective. READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!
Always carefully check each battery BEFORE using to ensure that the
protective seal is undamaged and intact. If in doubt, DO NOT use or recharge
the battery. Dispose it at a proper disposal facility.
Always handle the battery with care. Do not drop lithium-ion batteries!
Store the battery in a safe and dry place and keep the battery away from all
metal objects.
Never expose the battery to temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius.
Only use chargers that have specially been designed for use with lithium-ion
batteries.
When charging batteries, keep the charger away from highly flammable
materials or products.
Please follow any additional guidelines, instructions or restrictions that are
included with the batteries
.

To open the Radiant 1000X Light, hold the hand grip firmly in one hand with the hand grip
pointing towards your body and the LED head pointing away. Turn the LED head clockwise
until it separates (image #1 on the following page). Gently separate the LED head from the
body of the light (image #2 on the following page).
