The default mode of touch screen after its start is "manual". If the touch screen is powered off at
automatic mode, re-start of the touch screen for operation at automatic mode requires to re-switch
the mode selection from manual to automatic after power is resumed.

Auto-material feeding, auto water to conditioner, auto steam to conditioner, auto water to
extruder barrel, and auto steam to extruder barrel are independent from each other to allow users to
choose the mode of partly automatic and partly manual at operator
’s discretion.

Preset parameters: assign the throughput of extrusion system for the "set capacity" on
the "parameter" image in Fig.5-4 At the same time, set the following parameters on the "
important parameter" image as in Fig.5-5:
Water SP% value of conditioner (percentage of throughput);
Steam SP% value of conditioner (percentage of throughput);
Water SP% value of extruder barrel (percentage of throughput); (as needed
according to actual demand)
Steam SP% value of extruder barrel (percentage of throughput); (as needed
according to actual demand)
