2.  Stack  the  recommended  number  of 

spacers 

on

depending on the diameter of the pole, 
so  that  they  serve  as  a  stop  against 
excessive  tightening  of  the  fixing 
bracket. Place the nuts/screws with the 
washers provided. 

 

3.  Place  the  upper  brackets  so  that they 

align the hole(s) in the bar with the anti-
rotation screw(s).
