medical device.
Please, do carefully read this manual, as it contains vital information and notes
from the manufacturer, related to the proper installation, operation and
maintenance.

General notes
•
Using, operating and servicing of the device in contravention of this instruction
manual is prohibited and may lead to damage, sustained by the user, for which the
manufacturer assumes no liability.
•
If the device performance and parameters do not reflect the description contained
herein, you may not operate it. Instead, notify its manufacturer or supplier.
•
Every repair of the medical device must be performed by the factory service centre
and registered on the repair list, attached to the warranty card. Failure to comply
with this requirement shall render the device warranty null and void.
•
Before any repairs, disconnect the device from the mains.
Safety notes
Below is the warning: "Warning! - Follow the instructions for safe use ".
This warning can be found on parts and mechanisms whose operation, if
non-compliant with the description contained herein, may pose a threat to
the patient and user safety.
While operating the device, take notice of elements and mechanisms
marked in this manner.

The delivery table must be connected to the power supply acc. to the identification
plate!
•
The bed should not be in the place which obstructs its disconnection from the
mains!
•
Do not use the cable if it is damaged, or if its insulation is!
•
Do not connect the table where the risk of explosion occurs!
•
The use of accessories, additional equipment, cables, spare parts and others that
are different from those offered and/or recommended by the manufacturer may
lead to increasing emissions and/or decreasing the table resistance to a variety of
electromagnetic phenomena.
•
Exercise caution when you adjust the lying surface angles. The movement of the
units (caused by actuators) may result in clipping your fingers or hand. Do not
