Insert the line through a hole in the
spool and secure it. (See FIG 20)
Snugly and evenly wind the cutting
line onto the spool in the direction of the
arrow on the spool until the line builds
up to the notches in the spool rim. Do not
overfill spool. (See FIG 21)
Repeat to replace the other cutting line.
Insert the line through the ‘brass’
holes on the spool holder, pull line out.
Push spool inwards against the spring
clip and then push spool cover firmly
downwards until it locks into position.
Follow the instruction on cutting the
line in ‘Preparing the trimmer for use’
section 1 before use. (See FIG23)

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Your trimmer requires no additional lubrication or maintenance. There are no user
serviceable parts in your trimmer.
Never use water or chemical cleaners to clean your trimmer.
Wipe clean with a dry cloth.
Always store your trimmer in a dry place.
Keep the motor ventilation slots clean.
If you see some sparks flashing in the ventilation slots, this is normal and will not
damage your power tool.
