Contraindications
No pathological hypersensitivities are currently known. The FALKE Achilles should only be
worn following consultation with your doctor if you have any of the following medical con-
ditions:
· Skin disease or injury in the area of application, in particular if there are indications of an
inflammation (excessive heat, swelling or redness)
· Acute Achilles tendon inflammation (tendinitis)
· Sensory disorders or circulatory problems in the legs or feet (e.g. due to diabetes)
· Lymph drainage disorders with oedema formation in the lower extremities
· Undefined swellings in the area of application
· Undefined pain in the area of application
· Damaged skin or skin disorders; in particular skin infection in the area of application
· Allergic reactions of the skin in the area of application
Usage notes
· Please observe the instructions on how to put on the sock.
· Please make sure that the raised silicone nubs are positioned on the sides of the Achilles
tendon.
· Please note the “Right” and “Left” markings on the sock.
· Correct the position of the sock if necessary.
Cleaning instructions
Please observe the washing and care instructions in order to guarantee the product’s mode
of action over a long-term basis.
Information on re-use
The product is intended for the treatment of a single patient.
Indications for serious incidents:
If your health is seriously impaired in connection with wearing the product, please contact
the FALKE company or its representative and the competent authority for medical devices
in your country without hesitation. You can find the corresponding FALKE contact addresses

Warranty
The legal provisions of the country where the product was purchased apply.
Country-specific warranty regulations between the retailer and the purchaser apply where
relevant.
If you wish to lodge a warranty claim, please initially contact the place where you purchased
the product.
