IDS805 KEY-BUS MODULE
The Falcon Hybrid can send alarms received from the keypad-
bus of the IDS805 alarm panel.
Set the serial port format to IDS on the Falcon Hybrid if using an
IDS-supplied key-bus module or to IDS805 FSK Key-Bus if using
an FSK-supplied DSC PowerSeries/IDS805 FSK Key-Bus Module
(Refer to Section 3.4). Wire the key-bus module to the keypad-
bus of the alarm panel and then connect the 4-pin molex
connector to the serial port of the Falcon Hybrid.
IDS X-SERIES SERIAL INTERFACE
Set the serial port format to IDS on the Falcon Hybrid (Refer to
Section 3.4). Proceed to program the panel as per the Falcon
Connection & App Set-up Guide provided, for alarm signals to
be sent and/or for app connectivity.
RISCO LIGHTSYS 2 SERIAL INTERFACE
The Falcon Hybrid can send alarms received from the RS232
com port of the Risco LightSYS 2 alarm panel with firmware
version 3.03 or later.
Plug the adapter marked RISCO into the serial port on the Risco
LightSYS 2 alarm panel. Plug the other end into the Falcon
Hybrid’s serial port.
Proceed to program the panel as per the Falcon Connection &
I Falcon Hybrid Installation and Operation Manual 27
