User Manual
The FAHRENHEIT soldering station consists of the following accessories:
•
Fahrenheit station (transformator)
•
24V soldering iron, 60W, ceramic heater
•
Iron fixative screw
•
Sponge holder
•

WARNING!
Only use the device with a grounded power connector!
The temperature of the soldering iron is app. 160-480°C. Improper use may
lead to burning injury or fire. Please follow the tips below to avoid injury:
•
Do not touch the soldering iron’s tip!
•
Do not use the device near flammable materials.
•
Warn the people working around you that the device reaches high
temperatures when used.
•
If you take a break or finished working, turn off the device.
•
Before replacing any parts (e.g. iron tip) turn off the device and let it cool
down to room temperature.
•
Protect the station from mechanical damage.
To avoid damage to the device and ensure a safe working environment for
yourself, make sure to follow the tips below:
•
Do not use the device for anything else than soldering
•
Do not hit the soldering iron to the bench to shake the remaining
soldering material.
•
Do not modify the device!
•
Only use genuine FAHRENHEIT spare parts!
•
Do not use the device in wet environment!
•
The soldering process emits smoke, so make sure that the working
environment has proper ventillation!
•
Do not do anything that could cause bodily or physical damage while
using the device!
