Safety thermostat:
Some models have a safety thermostat which is activated when the temperature exceeds a certain value,
disconnecting the heating element power supply.
The limiter switch must be restored by a specialised technician, after removing the front panel and
pressing the red button on the safety thermostat.

Pressure gauge :
The pressure gauge indicates the pressure of the steam inside the Bain Marie chamber.

Pressure valve:
The pressure valve controls the pressure in the Bain Marie chamber, allowing the air to leave when it
heats up and permitting the entrance of air when it cools.
