Connecting the solar panel
Remove the two transparent protective plugs of the panel at the inlet and outlet of the collector pipe.
Wrap the thread of the two angled connecting-pipes with the Teflon sealing tape supplied with the
system.
Screw the two angled connecting-pipes into the outer collector pipe of the panel, while the panel is still
rolled up.
(Threaded plugs are fitted to both ends of the other collector pipe of the panel).
Connect the pool-filter outlet to the angled connecting-pipe at the panel inlet, using the shorter hose
(1.5 m), and secure the hose with clamps.
NOTE: You can warm the end of the hose slightly, to make it more flexible, e.g. immerse it in hot water for
a minute.
If the panel is tilted to one side, the hose must be connected to the lower connecting pipe of the panel
(inlet).
Connect the other angled connecting-pipe of the panel (outlet) to the pool inlet (from which you
removed the "old" hose), using the longer hose (3.0 m), and here too secure the hose with clamps.
Important!
Any regulations concerning the security distance between filter pump and pool must be followed.
