• Loosen the knob (20a) and remove
the sharpener (20).
SLICER CLEANING
• Take the sharpener (20) from the
knob (20b) and remove it by lifting it.
For the machine’s body and blade cleaning use only a cloth
dampened in water or alcohol and a biodegradable frothy
dishwasher cleanser at pH 7-8, at a temperature at least of
+30°C.
Do not clean the machine ...
... with water or vapor jets or similar methods.
... with corrosive cleansers.
... in the dishwasher.
