On the menu, you can perform the following functions

7.  PC Health States 

8. Frequency/Voltage

9.  Set Supervisor Password 

10.  Set User Password 

11.  Load Optimized Default: to auto configure the system according to optimal 

setting with pre-defined values.  This is also the factory default setting of the 

system when you receive the board. 

12.  Load Fail-Safe Default: to configure the system in fail-safe mode with 

predefined values. 

13.  Save Settings and Exit: perform this function when you change the setting and 

exit the BIOS Setup program. 

14.  Exit without saving: perform this function when you want to exit the program 

and do not save the change.
