Voucher: cashing agreements (Parking Owner)

The value of discounts applied to the voucher used by customers, will have to be

subsequently cashed in by the Parking Owner.

Function

Procedure:

Go into the TICKETS (1) menu

Press the AGREEMENTS (2) button

the report of agreements to be cashed in (3) will be displayed.

Select the rows relative to the agreements you wish to cash in:

rows (4) may be selected

▪

use search boxes (5)

The PAY AGREEMENT (6) button will be enabled.

Cash in by confirming on OK (7)

Result:

The Owner will have cashed in the amount of all vouchers issued by one of the facili-

ties equipped with the Barcode voucher printer.
