DHCP
— Click to toggle
DHCP
on and off. When off, the decoder defaults to the
Link
Local
address (see

).

IP Address, Subnet, and Gateway
— Click in these fields and type in values to enter
the appropriate connection values for your decoder.

DNS (domain name system) Server
— Click in this field and type in the name of the
domain name server.

DNS suffix
— Click in this field and type the valid domain name suffix of the domain
name server.

Ethernet Extension
— Click to toggle the rear panel Extension port (see
on page 5) on and off.
NOTE:
If DHCP is off for the extended network or if you want a static IP on the
decoder and the extended device, both must be in the same IP address range.

Save and Cancel buttons
— Click

to abandon them. Clicking either button closes the editable pane.
