Blade Assembly

1.  Position the reversible wear bar (2) in front of the UniPlow blade (1). Align the mounting holes at the bottom

edge of the UniPlow blade. Place a 5/16”-18 x 1.25” carriage bolt (28) through the wear bar and blade at each
of the nine mounting hole locations.

2.  Determine the desired placement for the skid pads (27) along the base of the blade. Skid pads may be

positioned at either the 1st and 9th wear bar bolt holes or the 2nd and 8th wear bar bolt holes. Place the skid
pad onto the open bolt threads at the back of the blade with the end pointing away from the face of the blade.
Use the skid pad’s bolt channels to set them to the desired height.

3.  Secure all nine bolts with a 5/16”-18 lock nut (29).
