b. Getting to the Windows Task Manager and Closing/Ending Tasks and Programs -
It is important to understand how to get to
the Windows Task Manager
.
The reason is
that from the Windows Task Manager you can
End Tasks and close programs that are no
longer working or have frozen. To get to the
Windows Task Manager do the following:
i. From HyperSpin hold Down
P1’s START Button /OR “Shazaam” button and
then Push P2s Joystick UP to bring up the
Windows Start Bar Menu.
ii. At the very bottom of the screen is the task bar – it shows a number of different programs
running. Point with the Trackball to an open space on the task bar. Press the RIGHT AUX
Mouse Button. This will bring up a list of options (see photo above).
iii. Point with the Trackball to Task Manager and press the LEFT AUX mouse button to select
it (see photo above).
iv. You can then point to the program that you
want to close and press the RIGHT AUX mouse
button and select End Task to close the program
that is no long functioning (see photo).
c. Getting to File Explorer – Sometimes you may need to get to Windows File Explorer to find a
file, move a file or delete a file. This is an easy way to load Windows File Explorer.
i. Hold Down P1’s START Button /OR
“Shazaam” button
and then Push P2s Joystick UP – this
will bring up the Windows Start Bar Menu.
ii. Make sure the AUX switch is to the
right. Point the mouse cursor with the Trackball to left
side of the screen to the Pictures icon (it is above the
Flying Windows Icon and above Power and Settings) – it
