SECTION FOUR Coal layout continued

COAL BED LAYOUT

Important

Heath

Safety Notice located on page

3 of

this booklet before

laying or replacing any refractory material.

The coals are delicate and they should be handled with great care.

It is important that all the coals and moulded shapes are positioned as shown in these

nstructions.

USE ONL Y THE COALS PROVIDED AND NO ADDITIONAL

COALS MUST ADDED.

Lay the 3 remaining oblong coals on the front support the
rough side should face forward.

Ensure that the left and right

hand coals are located such that they are flush with the ends of

the front coal support as shown.

Fit front matrix into burner slot as shown ensuring that it fits
into the slot formed in the metalwork and is full pushed home.

Ensure the rear coal matrix is located into the stop.
