The electrode on the positive pole must be briefly loaded with 30 to 35 amperes after positioning to allow
the formation of a hemispherical electrode tip. Afterwards, the position of the electrode tip must be che-
cked again and readjusted according to the values mentioned above or already determined. The position
of the electrode is optimised by turning the clamping module back and forth. If it is difficult to adjust the
collet housing, the tension of the electrode can be reduced slightly.
