Shut-down
Danger!
Risk of injury or death!
External voltages may still be connected even if the operating voltage is
switched off.
To shut down, proceed as follows:
1
Disconnect the electronic module from the power supply.

Drain the sample water supply line and drainage line.

Remove the housing cover of the flow cell module.

Drain the cell body via the flow cell drain valve.

Flush out the cleaning sand.

Dismantle the filter unit and the check valve housing. See Chapter
5.7, “Cleaning the flow rate monitor and non-return ball valve.”

When the remaining water has drained from the flow control valve,
refit the filter housing and the check valve housing.

Remove the sensors from the location hole in the cover of the cell
body and disconnect from the electronic module.

Shut down the sensors. See the relevant operating instructions for
the sensors.
Proceed as follows for the pH sensor:
• Install the pH sensor in the transport container with diluted elec
-
trolytes (KCl tank with stand and 5 ml KCl solution).
• Store the sensor in a frost-protected location.

Replace and engage the housing cover of the flow cell module.
