Warranty Statement
The warranty covers the original owner. EVOKE products must be purchased from an
authorized dealer and delivered within the United States. The product must be
registered within 30 days with proof of purchase (bill of sale). The limited warranty
covers all defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date
of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, product modification
or neglect, damage occurring during shipping, damage from not following instructions
contained in the manual, damage resulting from repairs by an unauthorized agent,
products where the serial number has been defaced, altered or removed. Abuse may
include but not be limited to damaged capacitors, resistors or L-Pads, voice coils or
diaphragms, cones etc.
There are no user serviceable parts. Any disassembly voids the warranty. If you feel the
product requires repair – contact your dealer.
You are responsible for shipment to your dealer in appropriate shipping containers.
EVOKE will pay return shipping for valid warranty claims. You are responsible for return
shipping of repairs for non-warranty claims. Parts are not available for purchase.
Exchange of any damaged parts is required for replacement of new parts for in or out of
warranty repairs, at the customers’ expense.
EVOKE liability is limited to repair or replacement. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
This warranty is subject to change. Consult your authorized dealer prior to purchase of
any EVOKE product.
