Step 5: Close the carrier board, slightly pull the carrier board backward so that the
knob can be reached, then push the control rod to its original place;

Place the heat sink on the CPU, and use screws to fasten it with the bracket.
2.26 Installing the CPU Fan
Install the CPU cooling fan by the following steps:
 First, place the cooling fan backplane by the holes on the back of CPU
card; make sure the T-shaped notch align with the CPU backplane bracket;
 Fasten the cooling fan with the backplane from the front side, note that the
cooling fan and CPU top cover contact well;
 Then use two screws to fasten the cooling fan by the two diagonal corners (do
not tighten them at first), add the other two screws for the other two corners,
then tighten the four screws;
