Manual mode is the default program; the default speed is set to 1km/h.   (Manual mode, pre-set 
program: P1-P15), and U1-U3 are the user programs followed by the ‘’FAT’’ function.     

2. “MODE” Button: The mode can be used to scroll through the time, distance and calorie functions 

before commencing in the manual setting. Each function can be set by the user using the ‘’up’’ and 
‘’down’’ arrows or ‘’+’’ and ‘’–‘’ symbols.   

3. “START” button: You begin by pressing the ‘’START’’ button, which will give you a three second count 

down before starting at 1km/h.   

4. “STOP” button: By pressing the ‘’STOP’’ button you can stop the treadmill at any point within any 

program.  

5. “SPEED+”“SPEED-” Button: These buttons will automatically adjust your speed within the default 

manual setting.   

6. “INC+”“INC-” Button: These buttons will automatically adjust your incline level throughout the default 

manual setting.

START-UP QUICK (MANUAL) 

 

1. 

Turn on the power at the base of the unit and attach the safety cord.     

2. Press STATR/STOP button

the system will enter into a 3 second count down and commence at 

1km/h.    

3. After start-up, you can use speed up or down and “” “INCLINE -”to adjust the speed and 

incline  

 

MANUAL MODE

1.

 If you do not choose a Pre Set program and press the START button directly, the treadmill will start to 

run from a speed of 1.0km/h, the window displays will start an ascending count from zero, press 
“”,”INCLINE-”, “SPEED+”, “SPEED-” to change the speed or incline.   

2. To set the Time, press the “MODE” button to enter a time count down then press 

“”,”INCLINE-”, “SPEED+”, “SPEED-” to set the time required.     

3. To set a distance you would like to cover press the “MODE “button twice. This can be adjusted via the 

‘’up’’ and ‘’down’’ arrows.       

4. To set the amount of calories you would like to burn, press the “MODE” button a third time and adjust 

the quantity using the ‘’up’’ and ‘’down’’ arrows.   

5. When the settings are finished, press the “START” button to begin, the treadmill will enter into a three 

second count down before commencing. You can then alter the speed and incline using the 
“”,”INCLINE-”, “SPEED+”, “SPEED-” press the ‘’STOP’’ button if you need to pause, 
dropout of the workout or alternatively pull the safety cord to cut the power to the unit.   

PRE SET PROGRAMS 

To begin, start by pressing the ‘’PROG’’ key to scroll through the programs available. You can then adjust 

the duration of the work out via the ‘’+ or –‘’ symbols located on the display. The time will be shown in 

minutes and seconds with a descending count. When you are scrolling through you will have several 

programs available, you have P1-P15, U1, U2, and U3 followed by a ‘’FAT’’ setting to choose from. Once 

you have selected the program you are required to press the ‘’START’’ key to begin. After a three second
