USER PROGRAMS 

U1, U2, U3. Besides the 15 preset programs, we also set up another 3 user’s programs for the user’s 
needs: U1, U2, and U3. 
1. Users programs tune 

Press the button “PROGRAM” until it shows the users program U1-U3, press the “mode” button then 

enter the set-up for the first time set-up. “SPEED+” “SPEED-” is to change the speed, and the 

“” “INCLINE -” is to change the incline. Press “mode” button, whioch means the completion of 

the first time setup and then enter to the second time setup until the ten setups are done. The data will 

be saved without losing due to power off until the next time when you reset. 
2. Startup of the users program 
A. Press the “PROGRAM”until it shows the user’s program U1-U3, set the running time required and 

press the “start ” button 

B. After you are finished with the users program and running time setting, press the “start” button it will 

work too. 

3. User’s program setup instruction 
The program divides each exercise into ten periods; the treadmill cannot run until the speed, incline and 
running time of the ten periods are done

HRC PROGRAM 

1. 

Press the “PROGRAM” button until it shows the “PULSE” window shows the “HP1-HP2-HP3” 
(HRC),”HP1” runs at 8.0km/h at maximum, and default pulse rate is 150 hypo/minutes, ”HP2” runs at 
9.0km/h at maximum, and default pulse rate is 160 hypo/minutes”HP3” runs at 10.0km/h at 
maximum, and default pulse rate is 170 hypo/minutes U1-U3,   

2. 

Press the “MODE” button and enter into the AGE setup. “TIME” window shows the default age 30. 
press“” “INCLINE -” “SPEED+” “SPEED -” button to adjust the age. The range of the age is 
from “15-80 years old” 

3. 

Press the “MODE” button and enter into the PULSE setup. The system will recommend a pulse data 
shows in the window based on the age that you set up. Press “” “INCLINE -” “SPEED+” 
“SPEED -” button to adjust the pulse. The range of the pulse is from “50-200” 

4. 

  Press the “MODE” button and enter into the TIME setup. The TIME window will show the default 
15:00 press “” “INCLINE -” “SPEED+” “SPEED -” button to adjust the exercise time. The 
range of the time is from “5:00-99:00”
