Monitor Up or Down Stream:
Determine if capture CC data observed at input BNC (upstream of
processing) or output BNC (downstream of processing)

CEA 608 File Name:
Enter filename for CEA capture file
Capture Field:
Control to select if field 1 or 2 should be captured.

Procap Service:
Control to select which caption service to save to procap file.
