FUNCTIONAL BUTTONS:
MODE/RESET:
To confirm all settings.
Press button and hold for 2 seconds to reset all function figures.
SET:
To set up the value of TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE.
Hold button to increase the value fast.
(The computer has to be in stop condition.)
FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS:
SCAN:
Displays all function TIME DISTANCE CALORIES PULSE RPM/SPEED in sequence.
RPM:
Displays pedaling Rotation Per Minute. The RPM and SPEED will switch to another display
in every 6 seconds after exercise starts.
SPEED:
Displays user’s exercise speed.
TIME:
Press SET button to set target time between 0:00 to 99:00 for count down function.
DISTANCE:
Press SET button to set target distance between 0.0 to 99.50 for count down function.
CALORIES:
Press SET button to set target calories between 0 to 9990 for count down function.
PULSE:
Displays user’s pulse. User may set the target pulse. When pulse value reaches target, the
computer will alarm with beeping sound.
OPERATION PROCEDURE
:

Install 1 x CR2032 3V battery. Screen will display (Drawing A) and user will hear a beeping sound. Computer
will move to next step, the main menu as (Drawing B).

When in each setup mode, for example in the TIME set-up mode, TIME value will flash, user can press SET
button to adjust the value and press MODE for confirmation. The set-up of DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE

When any signal is transmitted to the monitor, the value of TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES will start to count
up (Drawing C) when any function is preset (TIME or DISTANCE or CALORIES), the function will count down
