mode was selected, the screen will prompt you to insert the
Product Probe
if you haven’t already done so. You have

seconds or
10
minutes to
do so or if it is already inserted, the control will recognize this and start.
NOTE:
The
Manual
programs and the
Custom Recipes
will not provide the same
advantages of the
Pre-Programmed Recipes
, as they will run only a single step chilling
Once Chicken is chilled, place in
plastic boat and store in cooler.
