OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

CONTROL PANEL:

A. Knob for selecting the cooking functions.
B. Electronic cooking programmer (6-KEYS).
C. Timer display.
D. Knob for adjusting the cooking temperature.

CONTROL KNOBS

The OBES66 has two control knobs (on either side of the control panel) with an electronic cooking programmer

(timer) in the centre. The recessed knobs can be accessed by lightly pushing them, which will allow them to
spring forward. After use they can be pushed back into the oven.
The OBES66 side opening oven combines in a single appliance the advantages of a traditional convection oven

with those of modern fan forced ovens. It is an extremely versatile appliance that allows you to easily and safely
choose between 7 different cooking functions. The selection of the various functions can be obtained by putting
the programmer to the manual position or by setting in a timer program with the control buttons (B) and
adjusting the thermostat (C) knob on the control panel (pointing directly up is the “off” position).

There are 9 positions available on the selector (A) for functions.
There are 10 positions available on the selector (D) for the thermostat.
